Cannot install / retrieve application - error

not sure whats going on here..
downloaded cymatic
registered with the api via e-mail link
however when i install, it throws the error - "cannot retrieve application"
log msg is -
ERROR SUMMARY
Below is a summary of the errors, details of these errors are listed later in the log.
* Activation of
http://www.cymatic.co.uk/AdvancedCymati ... pplication resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected:
+ Downloading
http://www.cymatic.co.uk/AdvancedCymati ... exe.deploy did not succeed.
+ Access to the path is denied.
im a new user, also disabled comodo but to no avail

Thanks for your message.
Occasionally if the installation fails the first time, then it can’t be tried again without first ensuring that you remove any traces of the program. To do this you must follow every step in the document that I have emailed to you. Please follow the steps in the document exactly without skipping any steps.
It is rare for the installation to fail on the first attempt. Perhaps there was a brief loss of internet at the wrong moment. Or perhaps your anti-virus settings were too aggressive. You can’t simply turn off the anti-virus and try again, without first completing the steps in the document that I sent.
So far, the procedure in the attached file, seems to have solved all such problems. But do let me know if you still have any difficulty.

Hi! I dont want to open new topic so I will ask here. Why its not allowed to use software on 2 different pc's? I use 2 pc's when I'm in different cities, but unfortunately can't trade on my second pc

Hi Razl,
Actually you are allowed to use 2 different PCs. Sorry for the confusion.
Each activation code works on only one single computer. So to obtain a second activation code, you just need to register again on the Cymatic website using a different email address.

Obrigado por entrar em contato comigo. Aqui é o documento que contém as instruções em Português. Ele irá explicar como se recuperar de uma falha na instalação.
Se isso não resolve o problema, por favor também execute este comando no prompt de comando no Windows:
rundll32 %windir%\system32\dfshim.dll CleanOnlineAppCacheIsso irá apagar o cache de aplicativos e diretórios e deve resolver o problema.

Here is the file (in English), explaining how to recover from a failed installation of Cymatic software.
You must follow the instructions exactly, because you must remove all traces of a failed installation, otherwise the software will not install.
If it does not solve the problem, then please also run this command at the command prompt in Windows:
rundll32 %windir%\system32\dfshim.dll CleanOnlineAppCache
That will delete the application cache directories and should solve the problem.

Jeśli to nie rozwiąże problemu, proszę również Uruchom to polecenie w wierszu polecenia systemu Windows:
rundll32 %windir%\system32\dfshim.dll CleanOnlineAppCache
To spowoduje usunięcie katalogu pamięci podręcznej aplikacji i powinno rozwiązać problem.

Если это не решит проблему, то пожалуйста также запустите эту команду в командной строке Windows:
rundll32 %windir%\system32\dfshim.dll CleanOnlineAppCache
Это будет удалить кэш каталогов приложения и должны решить эту проблему.
