Hi Pete_i,

There is already this topic for that problem, so I have moved your message here.

The solutions are explained in the posts above.

Kind regards,

Gavin

It was working fine yesterday via Windows 10.

Cannot get Cymatic to work after today's update.

Hi Robin,

This topic is for the problem that is experienced in the software if the date format has been changed to US format in Windows. If you are experiencing that problem, then you'll need to change your date and regional settings as described in the posts in this topic.

Kind regards,

Gavin

Unable to log on to the Trader site

Postby Mweyawa » Tue Sep 15, 2015 1:19 pm

Hi Gavin,
I have just found that I can't log onto the site. I get a message saying, "Unexpected error in checking license. Please contact the Licensor. Error details: string was not recognized as a valid Date Time."

I think this may be because I upgraded to Windows 10, and this is the first time I have tried to access Cymatic since. In fact, I have just had to re-enter my log in details to get into the Forum, so it does seem to be the upgrade to Windows 10 that has caused the problem. Can you help, please?
With many thanks,
David

Panic over, Gavin!
I found elsewhere your advice to uninstall/re-install, and it worked.
With kind regards,
David

Kind regards,
Gavin
