I have just downloaded the program but have problems starting it, keep getting the message Verifying application requirements This may take a few moments. Been unable to start the program at all.

When I try to install I get the following:

"Application cannot be started.
Contact the application Vendor."

Anyone able to help?

Hi MLynch,

Have you tried the steps mentioned in the documents attached to the posts earlier in this discusssion? Usually it is just a bad installation (perhaps caused by a bad shutdown of Windows, or not completing a previous installation or de-installation fully) - so that needs to be cleaned and removed first before a good installation can proceed.

If the problem is ongoing, then please send me the contents of the error message (for example click on 'more details' or 'more information').

I followed the steps previously outlined but found none of the quoted references in my Registry.
Here's that Detailed Error file...

Hi Mike,

Please run this command at the command prompt in Windows:

rundll32 %windir%\system32\dfshim.dll CleanOnlineAppCache

That will delete the application cache directories and should solve the problem.

Please explain in more detail, by posting the actual error message or details of the problem.

Please also confirm whether you have you tried running the command mentioned in the post above and also following the instructions in the files attached to the post earlier on in this conversation topic?

Attempted download for my Mac.

It flags an error saying that there is a problem reading the contents of the file "set up exe". The archive file is incomplete.

Can you assist.
