Thank you for your message.

To unlock the account for using a different payment method, it is necessary to cancel the suspended payment profile in PayPal. I have done it for you.

So now you can open the software, login with your Betfair credentials and then be automatically redirected to the Cymatic subscription payment web page, where you will be able to start making new payments again.

I have been unable to find your Cymatic account. Please tell me which email address you used to register for Cymatic software. This is not the same email address that you used to register for the Cymatic forum.

Please send me an email with the details, rather than posting your email address in the forum. Send to the usual address (support@cy...........)
