Hi, I've just installed and activated. Getting this error message. Any ideas?

Please reply and post the contents of the Status Log tab. It shows all the errors and more details about them. This is important for me to see.

Also please answer these questions:

1. Is this problem occuring every time that you open the software?
2. What version of Windows are you using?
3. Are there funds in your Betfair account?
