v6.34.0.0 adds ability to clear or select all in status log

- Adds a 'Clear' button at the top of the Status Log tab, giving the user the ability to clear all logged messages
- Adds a 'Select All' button at the top of the Status Log tab, making it easier to highlight all the messages ready for copying them with CTRL C, so that you can paste (CTRL V) them elsewhere, for example if asked to send the messages when seeking for support.
- Uses the newer Betfair accounts API endpoint, for users in AUS/NZ
