Hi there,
I am getting the following error when trying to log in:-
"Subscription History is Null"
Any ideas?

I'm getting this error when trying to log Cymatic in to Betfair. I suspect it may be Betfair's fault, but thought I'd check.
Cymatic message is: "Wait: Error getting application subscription history: The operation has timed out."

Hi Tony95,
That message would occur if Betfair is not responding. I recall that it was down for several hours a couple of days or so ago. See twitter.com/BetfairCS when you think it might be down, there is usually some activity there acknowledging when it is down.

also this morning cymatic don't work "error, Subscription history is null" help!!!!

Hi Nardinello1953,
Maybe Betfair was down temporarily when you experienced that error. Is it working normally for you again now? If not then please post full details of the error and the situation in which it occured. Thanks.

Have you tried the minimal login option, instead of the standard login option?
