• Fixed a new intermittent bug that prevented some bets working in demo mode. This bug was introduced by changes that had been made in version 4.11.0.0.
• Advanced Chart: Fixed a crash that occurred if a user manually deleted the EMA indicator associated with a MACD, before deleting the MACD itself.
• Changed the display format of 'LastApiCallResponseAt' Column in the Managed Bets tab, it now includes seconds and milliseconds.
• Added Name (of selection), MarketName and EventName columns to managed Bets tab.
• Updated window menu icon ('Cy' icon in top left of Window) on the grid interface window to have smoother edges.
