Thanks for your suggestion. Actually there is a way to do it. If you highlight all the cells the the account statement tab, then capture them for copying (hold the CTRL key down and then press the C key to copy into memory), you can then open an application such as notepad or Excel and paste all the copied data there from memory (hold the CTRL key down and then press the V key to paste).
To highlight all the cells in the account statement tab, click on the first cell in the top left corner, then hit these keys together: SHIFT, CTRL, END. Or if you are on a laptop or non-extended keyboard, you might need to hit SHIFT, CTRL, Fn (Function), END. It should highlight all the cells in blue. Alternative you can just click and hold and drag the mouse over them all.
Admittedly it won't capture the column headings, but you can just type those manually into the first row in Excel and make a template for future use with the headings already filled in.
