I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue I’m experiencing with logging into my Cymatic account. Unfortunately, I’ve had difficulty accessing my account due to the following reasons:
1. I do not recall using API login previously, and I am uncertain about the steps required for this.
2. I do not have a password or two-step authentication set up, which has further complicated the login process.
