Hi, trying to re-install after a software crash (window, not Cymatic!). Cannot find my activation code. When I click 'forgot code' it then does not recognise my email address?

When you click 'forgot code' you must input the original email address that you used when you registered for Cymatic, which might be different to other email addresses that you own. The one you used to register for the forum is not connected to the one used when you registered for an activation code.

If you can't remember the original email that you used when you first registered for Cymatic, then let me know by sending me an email with your name and I'll try to find it for you in the Cymatic licensing server.
