Have registered but cannot sign in on any of the Betfair options

I apologise for the confusion and inconvenience. This is due to a technical problem which is now being worked on. A new version will be released very soon, to enable you to choose the Betfair.com.au login option.

I will post announcement messages on the forum and social media as soon as this new update has been released.

Hi Rclracing,

The option to select Betfair.com.au has now been added to the Login Options screen (the window that pops up each time when you launch Cymatic). The software will automatically update itself to the new version next time you open it.

I'd be grateful if you would test logging in with the Betfair.com.au option in Cymatic and then tell me if there are any error messages, because I don't have an account registered in NZ so can't test it fully myself. Thanks very much
