Hi - I'm trying to resubscribe/login but I dont see the Oz BF site listed in the Exchange list. Consequently cant login I assume.
Please clarify - you must have BF.com.au surely?

Hi Bruce,

Thanks for your enquiry. Betfair indicated that the betfair.com.au endpoint is only needed for NZ based customers only. They said that customers based in Australia should continue to use the Betfair.com login endpoint when using software such as Cymatic.

I have not been to test this myself, to see whether they have also now migrated AUS customers over to needing to use Betfair.com.au to login to software. Have you tried logging into the Cymatic software using the Betfair.com selection from the exchange list? If so, what happened?

I will also add Betfair.com.au to the exchange list as soon as possible.

Yes that's why I'm asking. I am an NZ customer. Would you mind posting here when you have the .com.au endpoint working?
Yes I've tested the .com on Cymatic and not working for me, Apparently we NZ accounts need the .com.au as you say.
Any way look forward to seeing .com.au up and runnng.

Thanks for checking that. I apologise for the confusion and inconvenience. This is now being worked on. A new version will be released very soon, to enable you to choose the Betfair.com.au login option.

I will post announcement messages on the forum and social media as soon as this new update has been released.

Hi Bruce,

The option to select Betfair.com.au has now been added to the Login Options screen (the window that pops up each time when you launch Cymatic). The software will automatically update itself to the new version next time you open it.

I'd be grateful if you would test logging in with the Betfair.com.au option in Cymatic and then tell me if there are any error messages, because I don't have an account registered in NZ so can't test it fully myself. Thanks very much
