Betfair have made the following announcement, but the Cymatic software already circumnavigates the minimum bet rule anyway so users of Cymatic shouldn't notice any difference:

"Please be aware that from the 7th February, the minimum bet size on the Betfair Exchange will be reduced from £2 to £1. The relevant sections of the documentation will be updated accordingly.

The decision to make this change was based on customer feedback on ways we could improve our Exchange experience."
