Problem with subscription

I'm trying to log into Cymatic to subscribe to the software monthly, but I can't because the following message appears on my computer screen:

"If you wish to purchase or renew a subscription, then you must open the Cymatic software and login as normal, then follow the instructions there.

If there is a problem with this web page, then please contact Cymatic support. Thank you."


How can I solve this problem?

I can't find a Cymatic software account belonging to the email address that you used to login to the Cymatic forum (but don't worry, they don't have to be the same).

Please send an email to support at cymatic, to tell me the email address that you used when you registered for Cymatic software, so that I can find your Cymatic software account and help you.
