Thank you for the message. I have now cancelled the recurring subscription as requested, so no more payments will be taken. Access to the software expires at the end of the most recent paid for period.

If in the future you wish to start using Cymatic again, then it is easy to do so. Simply open the software and login with your Betfair account, then you will be automatically redirected to the Cymatic subscription options web page where you will be able to choose to authorise recurring payments again.
