v6.27 - fixed live video and forms staying on top

New version 6.27.0.0 has been released which the following bug fixes:

• Live video is working again now, instead of saying 'Login required'.
• If the main window has been pinned to stay on top, all other windows that are opened will also stay on top, i.e. no windows will get trapped stuck behind the main window.
