Hi all,
I can't get my activation code despite requesting it a few times, it just doesn't come through.
I've checked junk/spam etc

Weirdly, I got the activation link to get into this forum.

I can't open the software without out so not sure what to do next?

Any help appreciated

Apologies for my slow reply in the forum, I usually manage to reply within 24 hours.

The Cymatic server has definitely sent the activation code to you twice, following your recent requests. Perhaps you email provider blocked the messages, although it is strange that the forum message reached you.

I've now manually sent you an email a couple of minutes ago, containing your activation code. Have you received that message?
