Hi i tried to sign up but when i login it takes me to this screen not the payment screen Subscription

Thanks for your message. This occurred because of changing to a different Betfair account. So I have now unlocked it so that the next Betfair account that you login to Cymatic with, will be the account that becomes linked to your Cymatic subscription. So it will all now work, please just proceed to open the software and login with the new account.

So still only one Betfair account will work with Cymatic going forward, but it will be the account you use when you next open Cymatic and login.

Hi Tony and thanks for your message.

I would need you to authorise starting payments again. So to enable you to easily do that, I have cancelled the suspended payment profile in PayPal. This effectively unlocks the account, so now you can open the software, login with your Betfair credentials and then be automatically redirected to the Cymatic subscription payment web page, where you will be able to start making new payments again.

Sorry for the delay, I've been a bit confused trying to find your subscriptions.

I found two Cymatic accounts for you. One was paying a subscription but appears to be cancelled already (so it not suspended). The other account was on a free trial that expired. So you should be able to login to the software with either of those two Betfair accounts and then be automatically redirected to the Cymatic payment authorisation page.
