Morning Gavin

My login to betfair, when I start Cymatic, still points me to IE (which bitches everytime now about flahs player etc.,). Is there setting in Cymatic to change the browser.

Ironically my default browser is Google Chrome in normal working etc.,

Hi Paul,

I'm have starting looking at trying to remove Internet Explorer from the Standard login window and replacing it with the new Edge Chromium (based on Chrome), which is the one currently used in Cymatic for the live videos.

Have you considered just using the 'Minimal Login' option? It provides all the same features once logged in, but simply avoids using any browser window during the login process. I always use it because it is faster.

You only really need to use the standard login window if you have to complete certain country-specific extra login steps, such as inputting a Nem-Id if you are based in Denmark.

Does the minimal login cover 2FA? I haven't tried it with 2FA as I was thinking it didn't work if you had 2FA?

Hi Paul,

Yes the minimal login window does allow you to input the two factor authentication code. There is a tick box for it on the minimal login window, which was added to the software in June 2020.
