Log In Problem - goes to website - RESOLVED

Postby MitchM » Wed Jul 29, 2020 3:05 am

Hi. For some reason when I try to log in I get logged into the main Betfair site rather than the Cymatic interface. This only started occurring today.

Cleared the history from Explorer and it seems to have solved the problem as I can now log in normally.

Good morning,

Thanks for letting me know how you solved that.

For future reference, if ever the 'standard' login doesn't work, you can use simply choose to use the 'minimal' login option instead. The minimal login option provides all the same software features but it avoids using an Internet Explorer window and so doesn't suffer from any browser incompatibility or cookie related issues.

Kind regards,

Gavin
