I am having trouble installing the program. Everything has been removed from my laptop but I cant seem to reinstall which is annoying as I have just paid a monthly subscription. Any help much appreciated.

It involves typing a command into the windows command prompt to clear the cache, with further instructions to follow if that doesn’t work immediately.

If this doesn’t resolve it please give me a description on exactly what happens when you try to install it, thanks.
