Hi Balihai,

Have you changed your Betfair account, such as opening a new account? This would cause a problem needing you to reregister for a Cymatic activation code and reinstall the software.

Does it open a browser window which is blank, or just show you an empty Cymatic screen with no list of markets?

Was the login successful? Please check the Status Log tab to see if it says you have logged in successfully.

Which country are you trying to access it from?

Kind regards,
Gavin

Hi Robert,

When the trial ends, you can still login but it will redirect you to the subscription page. You can only reach that web page correctly by logging in to the software and letting it redirect you. This ensures that the subscription you buy is linked to the correct Betfair account.

Are you saying that there is an error when you try to login?

Kind regards,

Gavin

Although I have tried a few tools, I find that I always turn to Cymatic because of its simple and clean interface - combined with the fantastic support by the Developer himself - which satisfies my purpose.

So no surprise in that! :)
