Neither here... Couldn't log neither early in the morning, neither now 9 hours later. My internet is perfect and use cymatic every day without problems.

Hi Gavin,
Am experiencing a blank screen today, 12th May. Have tried logging in again, rebooting, but no joy. The error message coming up is:
Error converting value (null) to type 'System Date Time'. Path 'children(3).children(1).children(3).children(0).marketStartTime',line1,position47370.
Your help would be appreciated.

Try again now lads but tread with caution ,,,, this is a bet fair issue .. working now but for how long ??

Betfair was down today (it was not caused by Cymatic), but it should now be resolved.

Hi, I have been unable to access Betfair via Cymatics since yesterday with the following error message
"Error: subscription history is null
This could mean that the Betfair is temporarily unavailable. Please try again soon...."
I can access Betfair fine and nothing has changed from end, any idea?

I have been trying to contact you. I responded to your email yesterday but got an error message from your internet provider indicating the message failed to reach you.

1. Did you get my message via email?

2. In the message I asked which country you are using Cymatic from

3. Please also confirm whether you have tried the minimal login option, as mentioned here:
Subscription history is null

Please reply in the above mentioned forum which deals with the error message that you mentioned. This topic is for a slightly different error. Thanks.

Unable to login to access betfair via Cymatic today and always saying not responding and always having to go in task manager to get the login screen to close down. Uninstalled program then re-installed
still no response. Any ideas

Hi blacky2611,

Betfair mentioned that they were having some problem with AUS markets today, perhaps that might have affected your login but I suppose it seems unlikely to be correlated. Here is there announcement:

Are you still experiencing a problem?

Another possible cause of problems is when anti-virus software interferes. Please try turning off your anti-virus software, because they are often overly cautious and can cause problems.

If this still doesn't help, then please tell me the exact text of the error message and tell me precisely at what stage it occurs. If you are able to send a picture of your screen, then that would be helpful too. Thanks.
