- Ladder: Weight of money percentage now shown on ladder. It is based on the front 3 prices on each side of the market. The highest resulting value shows at the top of either the back or lay column, not both, based on which one is the greater - this is visually more noticeable than displaying the values above both columns.
- Ladder: height of bet lists is now correctly loaded from ladder layout file (previously it was saved but never loaded)
- Ladder: height of chart is now saved and loaded from ladder layout files.
- Fixed bug causing sound for matched bets to be silent if you had matched bets on more than one market.
