v3.15 - changes to green up figure and bet countdown

v3.15.0.0 released 13th January 2015

• Grid - profit available if greened entire market is now only displayed if prices are actually available to green up (i.e. market must not be empty)
• Ladder - the yellow countdown feature now also displays for greening bets placed via clicking the green up value at the top of the ladder.
• Multiple charts Form - user can now choose to close any of the child windows
• If a user tries to send a bet when logged out, a message will popup saying that the software is logged out.
• Login window is now top-most, ensuring it is always visible when it is opened (i.e. not lost behind other 'top-most' windows).
• Login Options window is also now top-most, ensuring it is always visible when it is opened (as per the explanation on the line above)
• Displaying more details if an error occurs when checking software license.
