Thanks for letting me know.

It looks like I will need to do some programming to ensure that any such error is handled more gracefully internally and does not disturb the user.

1. Are you using Excel to switch markets (i.e. using the NEXT command in Excel to tell the Cymatic autopilot to move forward to the next race)?

2. Do you have the Managed Bets tab displayed at the time when the error happens, and showing the Status column, as shown in my attached picture?

3. How frequently does this occur?

Kind regards,

Gavin

1, I'm using autopilot. Is using the excel command a better option?
2, Yes I have the managed tab displayed showing the status.
3, Occurs every 3,4 markets.

Thanks for that extra information which is very helpful.

No, using the Excel command is not a better option. I was just asking to try to figure out how and when the error occurred.

I think the error might be occurring because there could sometimes be a brief moment when there is not a valid value for market status (because it is empty), during the moment when switching markets or just afterwards whilst waiting for the market to load. I should be able to correct that in a new version of Cymatic.

In the meantime, I think you might be able to avoid the error appearing by not displaying the Managed Markets tab with the Status column in view, during the moment when changing markets. Sorry if that is inconvenient.

Kind regards,

Gavin

I've programmed the fix for this and so it will be included in the next version of Cymatic when it is released.

Kind regards,

Gavin
