Hello,

Just signed up for a trial and so far so good, liking everything I see and the functionality is great.

However, every time I load up a new market it seems to take a while (roughly 30 secs+).

Is there anyway I can solve this and improve the speed? I'm guessing that perhaps my laptop isn't good enough (only has 4gb ram) to keep up with the data?

I have just checked and the loading speed is fast on my laptop, no more than a couple of seconds over WiFi, for a horse racing market. For markets with very large numbers of selections, such as Asian Handicap or Golf, you might notice it takes a little longer.

So perhaps there were just some technical problems at Betfair at the times you were noticing things were slow.

Are you finding that the speed is normal now?
