Which market has gone black? I just checked on a US horse racing market and it was fine for me.

Kind regards,

Gavin

UK racing today, Racing TV message comes up but then all the others are just black.

Windows 10 Pro, I have MS Edge installed but Google is default?

Cheers

Hi Paul,

I think it is probably just because of either cookie settings (or flash)...

At the moment Cymatic still uses Internet Explorer to show live video. Assuming that you haven't removed IE from your computer, I think you just need to edit the settings in Internet Explorer to allow third party cookies. Then it should work. Just open Internet Explorer directly in Windows, to change it's settings. Then those settings chosen will also be the ones used when Cymatic uses Internet Explorer to show you web pages.

In the future Cymatic will use Edge for live video, which will even work with Racing TV! However that won't happen until Microsoft finishes developing a component, which I hope is just weeks away now.

Kind regards,

Gavin

Thanks Gavin

Still have IE, will have a look at the settings again.

I recently had to install Edge (Canary). Fairbot needed it for their Live Video.

Will give it a try today

Thanks again

Paul

Hi Gavin

Where is the setting to allow cookies from third parties in IE?

Kind regards

Click the settings button (the cog) in Internet Explorer.
From the menu that appears, choose Internet Options.
Select the Privacy tab.
Click Advanced.
You'll find it in there.

Kind regards,

I think Betfair must have changed stream provider for some of the overseas races, so now even more racecourses are not compatible with Internet Explorer.

I'm will take another look at whether the Microsoft components that I have been waiting for are ready yet, so that we can use Edge instead of Internet Explorer. Last time I looked they weren't ready but thing might have moved on this week. Edge Canary isn't meant for end-users really.

Kind regards,

Gavin
