Unfortunately the following announcement was made by Betfair recently:
"Please be aware that from 18th May we can no longer offer our products to customers with a Russian country of residence or customers located in Russian
We are in the process of contacting the customers affected. New customer registrations from Russian will be blocked from today – 5th May."
