Hi Gavin. I have two queries:
1). On the candle chart, I cannot save the interval to 2 seconds as a default. Whenever I do that, it comes back up with the 5 second interval.

2). I need the same ladder & candle chart configuration for each horse race, but can't find a way to save that as the default. Is that possible? When I try, I can get the ladder and candle chart up separately, but not together.

Hi David,

1. Sorry, but the timeframe chosen is not saved with the chart layout. This is something that still needs to be implemented.

2. Have you tried inserting a candle chart inside the ladder window (using the ladder menu options for it), then saving the ladder layout as default? Then all new ladders that you open, should have a candle chart inside them automatically.

Yes, I have added the candle chart below the ladder. The problem is that as I have reformatted my ladders to only 4 columns, the candle chart is now uncomfortably narrow. I tried stretching it, but if you do that, the whole ladder widens as well. Adding it to the side also doesn't work - although you can widen it if you do that - but as I sometimes have three ladders open and want them side-by-side, that doesn't work either, especially if I want the Price/Volume chart open as well. So I assume that saving it as a default in the way I wanted isn't possible?

Hi David,

You can save them separately, by saving a ladder default layout and a chart default layout. What you cannot do is save the position on the screen where you want those windows to be located. I would like to make it possible in the future to save the screen position of all the windows.

- Click to open the ladder menu (the cog/wheel in the top left corner).
- Click the 'Columns' menu item
- Click 'Show Bets in Price Column'
