Hi All

I am struggling to see any markets today no prices, no information etc.,

I am getting the error message SSO Authentication - response is fail: STRONG _AUTH_CODE_REQUIRED.

Any ideas help greatly appreciated.

It is because you have got 2-step authentication switched on in your Betfair account settings. Please see here for information on what to do:

This has now been fixed in the new version 6.17.1.0 released this evening. So now the program is fully compatible with 2-step authentication and can be used with streaming data at the same time.

Streaming is therefore now recommended for all users.

As usual, the software will automatically update itself to the new version next time you open it.
