Hi I've locked myself out of Betfair with the feature on there to reduce my gambling for a period. I can't see how to log on and cancel my Cymatic Subscription.
Help would be appreciated!

Hi Simon,

Thank you for the message. I have now cancelled the recurring subscription for the time being, so no more payments will be taken. Access to the software expires at the end of the most recent paid for period.

In the future, if and when you wish to start using Cymatic again, then it is easy to do so. Simply open the software and login with your Betfair account, then you will be automatically redirected to the Cymatic subscription options web page where you will be able to choose to authorise recurring payments again.
