Thanks for contacting me.

Please use the 'Minimal login option', instead of the 'Standard' option. You can choose it from the first window that appears when you open Cymatic. The minimal login option provides all the same functionailty, but doesn't use a browser to do the login and so avoids any incompatibility or other issues caused by your version of Internet Explorer.
