Perhaps there might just be some confusion about how to use the stop loss feature? Here is the user manual section explaining all about the different types of stop loss bets and how to make them:
Stop losses (user manual)I'd suggest using demo mode to make a stop loss in different ways to see if you can see what it happening when you click at different prices.
Are you right clicking on the ladder to set the stop loss, or is it being applied with a new bet (by using the stop loss settings it in the Tools panel)?
If you are right clicking on the ladder to add a stop loss to an existing position, perhaps you might be clicking on the wrong side of the ladder or at a price that has already been exceeded?
Or perhaps you don't have an open position?
If you could provide more information about exactly how you are placing the bet and details of which cells you are clicking then it would be easier for me to explain what you are seeing.
