hi again gavin, cannot login at all with minimal login and i doubt that its a net framework issue as i have the latest version 4.72 and has been fine using that the problem seems to have occurred between logging off last night and back on this morning and as you had previously mentioned betfair doing some tinkering this morning then its likely that this has caused the issue , will try uninstalling and re downloading soon and get back to you

UPDATE (14th June 2020) about using 2-step authentication:

An issue has now been fixed in the new version 6.17.1.0 released on 13/6/2020. So now the program is fully compatible with 2-step authentication and can be used with streaming data at the same time.

Streaming is therefore now recommended for all users.

As usual, the software will automatically update itself to the new version next time you open it.
