Good Morning.

Apologies if a solution to my problem has already been posted but I could not find one.

Upon attempting to login to Cymatic today, I came across the message seen in the attachment which prevented me from doing so.

Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Good morning Richard,

Thanks for your message and the screenshot.

Please use the 'Minimal Login' option. It provides all the same functionality as the standard login option but it avoids any web browser incompatibility issues, or problems such as a user not having Internet Explorer installed. You can choose the login option from the first window that appears when you open Cymatic.

If that doesn't solve the problem, then please click the 'Details' button to reveal the full details of the error message and then send me the text please.

Many thanks for your prompt and excellent reply.

I had indeed (don't ask me how!!) inadvertantly switched off Internet Explorer. Once I switched it back on, the login function worked as before.
