Filtering Markets

Dear Gavin,
Thanks for your previous response to my trade restriction question. Much appreciated.

I have another question if you will permit.

I have followed your filter instructions and attempted to download the 'WIN' Market Type for Aus and NZ horse racing markets for today (10/01/2019). The Betfair exchange clearly shows a full card for the 'Win' market in Aus & NZ however I am observing the following problem;
- When I tick the 'Win' market type option I only get the NZ card. I am able to get the NZ and Aus full card for 'Place' Market Type only and in fact can only extract any reference to the Aus market by ticking both the 'Win' and 'Place' market type options. What I'm after is the Aus & NZ win markets.


Obviously I'm doing something wrong. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Simon,

It works for me when I tested it a moment ago.

Please make sure that you pick a long enough end date, for example 11th Jan at 23:59:00. Also please make sure that you have ticked both AU and NZ if you want both. I did this with just WIN ticked and got a list of markets without any apparent problems, so please try again. Thanks.
