v6.4.0.0 - advanced chart size can be saved

Version 6.4.0.0 was released on 12th March 2018:

• The previous version 6.3.0.0 had made advanced chart windows appear smaller when they get opened (obscuring the time axis). This has now been returned to the normal larger size.
• The size of advanced chart windows is now saved when the chart's layout is saved to a file.
