Cymatic displays only the top half of the market, i.e down to the zero handicaps. Cannot see lower half or place a bet. Help please.

It happened in Levante v Real Betis, 26th. Feb, KO 2000. Seems to be all right this morning in Demo.

Correction. Asian Handicap is not displaying correctly at the moment in the Russian Cup match SKA-Khabarovsk v Shinnik starting 0830 today, 27. Feb. Betfair screen says there's money in the market at e.g. Shinnik -1.5, Cymatic says there isn't.

Are you sure that Betfair hasn't restricted your account? They sometimes do that if someone uses lots of price data but isn't doing bets with real money, for example if you are just doing research but not currently betting.

No, it's not Betfair. It's happening now in AFC Cup match Global v Bali Utd Pusam (BUP), KO 1130 GMT. Displaying only down to BUP -0.75. Money all over on Betfair.

There is money scattered all over it in Cymatic on my PC, from Global -4 at the top row, all the way down Bali Utd Pusam -4 in the last row. So it looks fine here.

Are you seeing Bali Utd Pusam -4 as the last row in the list?

Are you saying there is money only half way down the list, when viewed on your account?

Betfair would probably not be restricting you on the website, just in the API.
