Sorry to hear that. No your subscription hasn't run out, I checked the payments from you and it is all looking fine.

Please describe the exact problem or error message, thanks.

Also please confirm if you have changed your Betfair account or are trying to login to a different Betfair account (not the one that you originally used with Cymatic). I don't need to know your Betfair usernames, just whether you've changed it.

Hi Stuart,

Please tell me the first part of the pop up message (what is says before 'contact the software provider').

When you say 'name change', do you mean that your Betfair username has changed, or the persons name has changed in the account details?

If the username has changed, then I would need to reset something in your Cymatic account so that you can login with a different Betfair username and then that would associate that new Betfair username with your Cymatic subscription. Only one Betfair username works with each Cymatic subscription.

Pop up box says...Application cannot be started contact the application vendor.

This is as far as I get...... have not actually got to log in stage yet.

Ah ok, sorry for the confusion.

Also you may need to ensure that your anti-virus program does not mistakenly block Cymatic when you reinstall it (but you must also clean off the failed installation first by following the instructions in the above mentioned message).

Many thanks progress so far... uninstalled cycmatic trader icon gone from desktop.

Now up to regedit stage....where the heck do you find that ?

Hi Stuart,

You can open regedit from the command prompt, or simply type regedit in the Windows search box (Cortana) and press enter.

If the registry key is not present in regedit (after following the path described) then you won't need to do the regedit. So instead just run the command that was mentioned (rundll32 %windir%\system32\dfshim.dll CleanOnlineAppCache) to clear up the cache on the PC. Then do the new installation of Cymatic, ensuring that you don't let the anti-virus software block it.
