[Cadmium]

I would like a standard Betfair chart at the foot of my ladder.

I went to:

LadderSettings(Cog Icon on ladder)/Charts/Chart/Bottom

Nothing happened.

Is there a bug or just another daft user?

Nope, you are not daft. Users of other software have reported similar problems, with charts not loading. Betfair apparently changed something at their end, but neglected to inform some (all?) software vendors, so I'm guessing that's where the problem lies.

The Betfair charts display OK using the block method on the grid display, just not indivudually under the ladder interface.

It seems to be working now when I tested it. Are you still experiencing difficulties with it?

I just switched off for the day before reading this. I'll try again tomorrow.

Nope, still not working on the ladder. As I said before I DO have access to these charts using the block selection button above the grid.

Please try adding an Advanced Chart to the ladder, then a Betfair chart, then remove the Advanced Chart...to see if it clears the problem. If that doesn't work then please also try making the ladder a bit bigger, after following the above procedure.

I noticed the charts sometimes not showing up on the first attempt, but the procedure above seemed to resolve it.
