application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

Was in demo mode; Don't remember doing anything unusual.

Hi Angelo,

Thanks for the message and the full details.

It looks like there was an error when your mouse moved across an object in an advanced chart window, for example perhaps when the software tried to show you a tool-tip as your mouse moved over something in the chart window. Can you think which object or column in the chart the mouse might have been moving or hovering over please? Sorry, I know that could be hard to answer.

Also please tell me if you think the chart only just been opened or had it been opened for some time?

Thanks for the reply, Gavin.

After a long time, I began using the Multiple Ladders and the error has occurred - while in Demo mode in my first post (dated 24th) and also while in Live mode yesterday (27th).

I have not monitored the exact object or column in which it is caused. I will try to reproduce it when time permits and will report it to you in whatever useful way I can.

Regarding 'just been opened or had it been opened for some time', I generally place the bet within a few minutes of opening the ladders.
