My PayPal payment has failed and I am locked out.

Thank you for your message.

To unlock the account, it is necessary to cancel the suspended payment profile in PayPal. I have done it for you.

So now you can open the software, login with your Betfair credentials and then be automatically redirected to the Cymatic subscription payment web page, where you will be able to start making new payments again using your newly chosen payment method.

You don't have to use a PayPal account if you don't want to, in which case PayPal simply acts as a Debit/Credit Card collection agent for Cymatic. So if you want to use a card that is not registered as a source of funds in a PayPal account, then when Cymatic directs you to the PayPal page, just click the link says something like 'I don't have a PayPal account', it will then let you input card details without logging in to PayPal.
