The following announcement was recently made by Betfair:

Due to regulatory factors, Betfair will be switching off our Exchange and Gaming products for Czech Republic customers starting December 31st 2016. The Betfair Sportsbook will still be available to customers in Czech Republic.
All our CZ Exchange and Gaming marketing will be switched off before the deadline and we please ask you to make sure you change any copy or content on your sites to reflect this.
