Hi Magiruss,
1. Do you have a version Excel 2007 or later?
2. Do you have a non UK number format set on your Windows? Try going to Windows Control Panel, Regional Settings and change the region and number format to UK, to see if that solves the problem please.
3. Did you ever manage to connect Cymatic to Excel successfully? Is this a recent or intermittent problem?
