Im looking for an automated betting service that can do the following:

Lay selected horse racing markets:
1 minute before  one of the selected markets is about to start, lay the favorite at stake of "X"
If horse wins then same process is applied.
If horse loses, then the lost liability is added to the next stake, ("X" + liability)
If horse wins then back to normal stakes
if horse loses then liability is added again with next state until all losses are recovered("X" + liability + liability)

i would like this all automated while im at my 9-5 job.  Can this be done with cymatic?
