Hope this doesn't make you sigh. Caan Berry recommends the market overview chart.
You have loads of charts but I can't find which one he means.
Secondly. I have Open Office. Can I use that for Excel forms?
Thought not. I've tried.
Thanks Dave

Hi Dave,

Please see the following topic which deals with the question of Market Overview charts being added:

Market Overview charts

Sorry, Open Office can't be used with Cymatic, only Microsoft Excel has the required connections.

Kind regards,

Gavin

Have sent off for my Excel software.
Not having much joy with the laying programme.
Will try out some of the other strategies.

I'm new to all this and I get easily distracted by all the choice.
I have a vision problem so Geeks Toy is out straight away.
I am trying Betangel but find it a bit of an effort.
I love Traderline for its interface - very easy on my vision.
But I keep coming back to Cymatic for its ladders. It's so easy to know where you are up to with the PIQ numbers changing.
Where money is involved, having confidence in what is in front of you is the most important reason for choosing.
Two things Gavin
1. Would you consider putting a dutch button in to attract the simpletons like me?
I'm not having much joy getting my Microsoft excel to do what my Office does without complaint.
2. I know my sight problem makes me a minority but slightly bigger greening buttons would be nice.
The traderline button is enormous, hopefully bigger than the nuclear button soon to be given to Mr Trump.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for your message and it is interesting to hear your comparison of those various software products.

Adding an in-built Dutching interface is something that has been requested quite a lot and I'd like to do it eventually and could also look at a bigger green button. However, perhaps you could try keeping the grid somewhere in view on your screen, to use the large green button that is at the top of it (the one containing a picture of scales).

At the moment I'm fully occupied with making some changes to the way Cymatic interacts with the Betfair API, to comply with changes Betfair have been making to their API recently. So I am unable to add new features until that essential work is out of the way.

Kind regards,

Gavin

Thanks Gavin.
Such a simple solution.
No wonder we need a newbie section.
Good luck with the programming. I'd like to help but even Excel is a challenge for me.
