Hi,

After some help please. Downloaded cymatic on free trial. When I try and log in I get an unhandled exception Microsoft.Net framework message, full details of message below.

Saw on a separate thread within the forum to reinstall Microsoft.net 6 Framework. I have done this and still get the same problem. I run IE11. any further help greatly appreciated as was looing forward to trialling the software.

Thanks for your message and for including the full details.

I think that using the Minimal Login, instead of the Standard Login option will avoid the problem. However if it does not save the problem....

The salient part of the error is the phrase CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE. I have been googling that error but it could be caused by various issues, so we need to try to narrow it down a bit more:

1. Which version of Windows are you using?
2. Is your computer powerful or a bit old and slow?
3. Have you done Windows Updates and Driver Updates recently?
4. Is your computer using a home broadband, or is it located elsewhere for example in a corporate network, college network or data centre?
5. I presume that you meant that you reinstalled Microsoft. Net Framework 4 (not 6 as stated in your message).
6. Is Excel installed on your computer (not essential unless you try to use the Excel integration features of Cymatic)?
7. Please confirm whether the problem occurs instantly after your login attempt? Do you see the list of sports loaded?
8. Have you tried the Minimal Login option, instead of the Standard Login option?
