Hi I have a new windows 10 machine but I keep getting this error, any ideas? I can log into betfair via internet explorer fine but the moment i do i get this error. I have already uninstalled the program and reinstalled it.

Hi,

Unfortunately this could be caused by a wide range of factors so it is hard to pin point. Try each of these:

1. Deactivate your antivirus software.
2. Turn off your firewall.
Try again.

I think that the two above options are the most likely cause. If that fails that then try these ideas:

3. Reboot. Use the minimal login option instead of the standard option.
4. Reinstall the Microsoft .NET 4.0 framework (google for it to find the Microsoft download site).
5. Read general information about the error such as I found by googling: http://www.compuchenna.co.uk/the-rpc-server-is-unavailable/
